John Danaher is rarely seen not wearing a rashguard. In fact, he even goes to fancy dinners with Gordon Ryan and Georges St. Pierre wearing his best, most formal rashguard.  I'm thinking about starting a line of rashguards for formal occasions - Like tuxedos and three-piece suits. Contrary to popular belief, rash guards actually do help cool you off in hot environments. The sweat -- I assume you are sweating...this is Jiu Jitsu -- is wicked away from your skin making the rashguard wet, cooling you off with any slight breeze.
